What Holly is designed to do
Trade Ideas presents Holly as an AI-driven strategy and signal system that surfaces trade ideas with entry and exit references. It belongs inside the Premium product rather than the Standard scanner core.
The useful distinction is that Holly is not simply a natural-language interface for building filters. It produces candidate trade ideas inside Trade Ideas’ active-trading environment.
How Holly changes the workflow
A conventional scanner starts with conditions you define. Holly reverses part of that process: the system supplies candidates generated from its own strategy logic, and the trader decides whether an idea fits the current plan and risk process. That can reduce discovery work, but it does not remove the need for judgment, position sizing, or risk controls.
How to evaluate AI trading claims
- Identify exactly what the AI outputs: candidate, entry reference, risk reference, ranking, or explanation.
- Separate signal generation from order execution.
- Use paper/simulated workflows before assigning capital.
- Do not infer future performance from selected historical examples.
- Judge whether AI reduces a real workflow bottleneck rather than whether the label sounds advanced.
When Holly is probably unnecessary
If you already have precise, rules-based scans and only need real-time alerting, Standard may cover the problem. If your main interest is conversational market analysis, code generation, or multi-asset strategy design, compare broader AI/technical-analysis platforms rather than buying Premium solely for the AI label.
